General Provisions

These terms and conditions apply to customers using the ticket sales brokerage services provided by Softalya Yazılım A.Ş.

By purchasing the service, the Customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

The Broker Company is not responsible for the quality of the services provided by the service provider.

Service Description

The Broker Company facilitates the ticket purchasing process on behalf of the Customer from specific service providers.

Once the purchase is completed, the Customer is deemed to have accepted all rules regarding ticket usage.

The validity of the ticket is subject to the conditions determined by the service provider.

Pricing and Payment

The Customer is responsible for paying the ticket fee as specified by the Broker Company.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Up to 48 hours before cancellation: 10% fee deducted.
• Up to 24 hours before cancellation: 20% fee deducted.
• Up to 12 hours before cancellation: 60% fee deducted.
• Up to 6 hours before cancellation: 80% fee deducted.
• Up to 1 hour before cancellation: No refund available.

User Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the purchase process.

Data Protection

The Broker Company is responsible for protecting the Customer's information under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices.
